The Accu-Fire Deluxe Proportioning Plant Burner Control System is an excellent selection to replace outdated and old-technology burner controls. The control is Linux-based and has a rugged industrial design to be able to be supported for an extended period of time.

Some of the Major Advantages in Upgrading to the Accu-Fire
- Upgrading existing burners to individually control the fuel and the air. Many of the older-style units have a mechanical linkage system that forces the operation to “sort of” simultaneously open the primary air and the fuel in unison. It is very difficult to have a burner that works over the full turndown range when both air and fuel are increased or decreased simultaneously. With the Accu-Fire Burner Control System, the individual actuators or controllers can be adjusted independently and the formula configured to gain higher efficiency and lower CO² or other carbon emissions — yielding significant fuel usage reduction.
- Many of the hot mix producers with conventional controls are victims of extortion by the original manufacturer. There are custom-made boards or printed circuit cards that must be replaced and there is other circuitry that forces the user to go back to the OEM for any part or any replacement.
